I'm not that big into MMOs, but I did play SWTOR up to ~level 20 (i forgot how high), also Sith.
update: i checked, it was lvl 24 (25 now).

Looks like the heart itself wasn't coloured in. Is this a deliberate artistic choice?

I did ask a few people whose eye I trust, whether it'd be worth colouring the heart in, or leaving it uncoloured. All mentioned that it'd be too much; there needed to be some contrast between the heart and the colours surrounding it
