Suggestion: Replace the checkerboard background with a bitmap version already blurred. That's pretty much the only thing that doesn't work right.

The 'LGBTQI+ haircut' subtitle could've only lasted five seconds and the joke would still work.
The rest of the video feels pretty awkward considering that the ponies don't move that much, which may probably be on purpose so that the TTS voices don't weigh them down.

For an animation made in 24 hours, I appreciate the effort, even if multiple people worked on this. I understand that sprite movies have been frowned upon by some Newgrounds users in the past, but I believe they should have just as much effort as non-sprite movies.
Most people making sprite movies back in the day would've been using pre-made / unedited sprites (either from the original games or fan-made) and even if they did use custom sprites, few actually made every single tiny movement (such as lip syncing, eye rolling, and in this case, biting into a mushroom) pixel-accurate and consistent, ie. actually make the sprites look good.

It definitely helps that you've had plenty of experience with hand-drawn animation before, from what I could find outside of Newgrounds.

[My First Kiss (Remake)]

The voice is a LOT better, the main character doesn't look like bootleg Edd anymore, and the watermark's gone, but unfortunately it still takes place in a white void and the drawings are still rough and basic. I think you might need to remake this a third time.

The loop doesn't connect very well, most notably the 'NEW HIGH SCORE!!!' text, the 1s and 0s ascending, and also the red + blue sprite that flies on the left.
