I haven't seen a cartoon this stiff and lifeless since my internet shut off in the middle of a Family Guy marathon.

Yeah, this is barely animated. Not even voiced.

But even for a motion comic the drawings look sketchy and unpolished, sort of like an animatic, the only real effect is a fade-in/out between panels. I get that this is probably your first time making this sort of stuff, and there is potential, it just needs to be bigger and better.
